2 years later...

What have you been up to lately?

It has been a while, but here I am. For the past 2 and a half years, I've been studying and completing classes to become a Veterinary Technician. I took my classes and graduated from college with an Associates degree in Veterinary Technology. After graduating, I was job-hunting and studying for the VTNE (Veterinary Technician National Exam), which would allow me to be an official (and soon to be licensed) Vet Tech.

Yesterday, I took the exam, and I passed it! Now, I can get my license, and hopefully find a job in a nice clinic!

I would even consider working with wildlife, or in the laboratory field, but who knows at this point.
If I was only studying, I would probably lose my mind, so I've taken to practicing my knitting, and I finished my first project in less than 2 weeks! The picture above is of me and my cat, Ocky, who is helping me show off my first knit hat (he isn't wearing it, but what cat would wear such a large hat?). I've completed more projects, which I think I'll share, now that I have a couple to show.

I felt bad for not updating this, even if no one reads this. It can be my way of showing the world that I am capable of doing so much, and more! :)
